What is Mentoring?

mentor: (noun) an experienced and trusted adviser.
mentoring: (verb) advise and train someone.

With Mentoring you don't have to navigate business and life challenges on your own, your mentor is in your corner to help!

Some of the many things you and your mentor will cover are:

 • Set your income goals (what do you need to make vs what do you want to make)
• Learn to use a dream journal to help fulfill your dreams and goals
• Learn how to identify your ideal client and choose a niche that works for you
• Identify the types if lead generating and choose the type that's right for you
• Choose your money making activities
• Help with creating  your business plan (this IS a business you have)

How does mentoring differ from coaching?

Mentoring is a learning relationship, generally focused on long term career development. The primary purpose is to drive personal growth; building skills, knowledge and understanding. Mentors may use coaching skills in their conversations, but usually the mentor role is wider than that of a coach and may include opening doors, making connections and sharing experiences. Coaching in a business environment is primarily focused on assisting people with their current performance. Rather than the long term, career development focus of mentoring, coaching seeks to enable executives to “get fit” for their current role, or perhaps prepare them for the next.
